Overview:

NEQSOL Holdings, a collection of companies offering services in the oil and gas industry, has completed its $734 million acquisition of Vodafone Ukraine from Russian telecommunications operator MTS Group.
To help finance the acquisition, NEQSOL obtained $464 million in bridge loan financing from a group of financial institutions arranged by JP Morgan securities and Raiffeisen Bank.
