Overview:

  • Arbri Road is a 75 km highway that will connect Tirana to Debar in North Macedonia. 
  • In 2018, the Government of Albania awarded the PPP contract to Gjoka Construction, an Albanian construction company.
  • The 13-year concession contract involves the construction, operation and maintenance of the two-lane highway. 
  • The project is estimated to cost around €200 million.
