Metalúrgica Gerdau R$900 million share offer

Overview:

• Metalúrgica Gerdab has undertaken a follow up offering of R$900 million of shares in Brazil, the US and to institutional investors outside those two countries.
• BTG Pactual, Banco Itaú BBA, Bradesco and BB-Banco de Investimento acted as underwriters.
• BMA - Barbosa Müssnich Aragão (Camila Goldberg, Paulo Cezar Aragão) and Greenberg Traurig (Ross Kaufman) advised the issuer.
• Stocche Forbes (Henrique Bonjardim Filizzola) and Shearman & Sterling (Stuart Fleischmann, Robert Ellison, Russell Sacks, Michael Shulman, Tarik Gause, Christina Leto-Feist, Paul Anderson and Jeffrey Tate) advised the underwriters.
