Pavlodar street lighting PPP

Overview:

• The Pavlodar street lighting PPP is a social infrastructure project in the city of Pavlodar in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• The project is supported by Pavlodar city and oblast municipalities through PPP arrangements by a consortium led by Taiwanese company Everlight and two Kazakhstani companies.
• The project will bring energy efficiency and an improved quality of street lighting with an introduction of new energy-efficient technologies.
• In June 2018, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) provided a loan of up to KZT2.6 billion for its implementation.
