Overview:

  • Investment firm Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners has acquired Permian Basin crude oil operator Oryx Midstream.
  • Oryx was sold by an investor group that included Quantum Energy Partners and Post Oak Energy Capital. 
  • Barclays led a group of lenders in connection with a $1.5 billion term B loan to help finance the acquisition. 
  • Barclays acted as financial adviser to Stonepeak and Jefferies and Citi advised Oryx.
