Overview:

Real estate investment management company Jones Lang LaSalle has acquired real estate capital markets and brokerage services HFF.
Both are among the top US lenders in the multifamily real estate sector.
JP Morgan acted as exclusive financial adviser for JLL and Morgan Stanley acted as exclusive financial adviser for HFF.
The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2019.
