  • Global survey software company SurveyMonkey has acquired Usabilla, a Dutch website and app survey company, for $80 million.
  • Usabilla's former headquarters in Amsterdam will become SurveyMonkey's largest office in the European Union. The transaction will add 130 new employees to the SurveyMonkey team, bringing its overall staff to more than 1000.
