Turner International Latin America $1.2 billion acquisition of Canal del Fútbol (CDF)

Overview:

• Turner International Latin America, a broadcasting conglomerate, has acquired Canal del Fútbol (CDF), a sports broadcaster, from the Chilean Football Association (ANFP) and GTV for $1.2 billion. 
• The acquisition also includes transmission rights of the Chilean League for the next 15 years.
