Greencoat Capital £191.2 million acquisition of Canadian Solar 142MW UK solar photovoltaic portfolio

Overview:

• Greencoat Capital, through fund Greencoat Solar II, has acquired a 142MW portfolio of solar assets from Canadian Solar for £191.2 million.
• The portfolio comprises 24 sites across the UK. The majority of the assets are accredited under the ROC regime (between 1.2 and 1.4 ROCs) and seven of the assets are accredited under the FiT regime.
