GWF Energy Holdings maintains three natural gas plants in Northern California, which include the 330 MW Tracy plant, the 97 MW Hanford plant and the 96 MW Henrietta plant.
GWF Energy Holdings and Pacific Gas & Electric have a PPA for the plants until 2022.
