Manhattan Resources S$1 billion acquisition of Singxin Resources

• Manhattan Resources (MRL) has acquired Singxin Resources for S$1 billion ($724 million).
• The target group to be acquired by MRL owns interests, including exploration permits in concession areas located in the Chinese autonomous region of Xinjiang.
