Memstar Technology S$546 million acquisition of Longmen Group

Overview:

• Memstar Technology has acquired Longmen Group for S$546 million ($395 million).
• The transaction operated as a reverse takeover, and Memstar acquired the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Longmen Group with its own shares.
• Longmen is principally engaged in the exploration, development, production and sale of coal bed methane (CBM) resources in the Ordos Basin in China's Shaanxi Province.
