ISS €600 million 1.5% bond issue

Overview:

• ISS has issued €600 million in senior bonds under its €3 billion MTN programme.
• The 1.5% bonds are due 2027 and are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
• The company has also increased the amount of its MTN programme - from €2 billion to €3 billion.
