FelCor Lodging Trust/RLJ Lodging Trust merger

Overview:

• FelCor Lodging Trust and RLJ Lodging Trust have completed their merger.
• Each share of FelCor equaled to 0.362 shares of the newly issued RLJ common shares.
• Due to the merger, RLJ will own 71% of the combined equity and the company will keep its name and trade under it.
• The deal was first announced in April 2017.
• Barclays acted as financial adviser for RLJ and BofA Merrill Lynch acted for FelCor.
