Kino Indonesia $78 million IDX IPO

Overview:

• Kino Indonesia has undertaken a $78 million IPO on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
• The company offered close to 229 million primary shares in the IPO or 16% from issued and fully paid-up capital, and will use the IPO proceeds for the purchase of assets and support inorganic growth.
• Kino Indonesia is one of the leading Indonesian fast moving consumer goods company which engages in four markets: personal care, beverages, food and pharmaceuticals.
