Overview:

• Ghana 1000 1300MW gas-to-power plant
• Ghana 1000 is a greenfield gas-to-power project located near Takoradi in the Western Regions of Ghana that will consist of approximately 1300MW of combined cycle power generation technology.
• It is the largest power project in Ghana since the 1960s and is jointly developed by General Electric, Endeavor Energy and Finagestion.
• The project will be built three phases with two  375 MW power block with two gas turbines and one steam turbine and one 550 MW power block with three gas turbines and one steam turbine.
