Voyage Care BondCo £250 million 5.875% notes issue

Overview:

• Voyage Care BondCo has issued £250 million in senior notes.
• The issue consisted of £215 million 5.875% senior secured notes due 2023 and £35 million in 10% second lien notes due 2023.
