Harneys has added a new banking and finance partner to its growing Singapore practice.

Lishi Fong, who will head the firm’s Singapore transactional practice, joins from Norton Rose Fulbright where she had most recently served as of counsel.

Fong specialises in international banking matters and has experience in advising corporations and financial institutions in a range of matters including acquisition financing, pre-IPO financing, leveraged financing, margin financing, and structured and syndicated lending.

This latest hire follows the addition of James Noble as Singapore managing partner last month and brings the numbers of the firm’s Singapore team up to two partners and seven associates.
