Belgian firm Daldewolf has announced a merger with the Democratic Republic of the Congo offices of KMCL.
The Brussels-based firm was itself only launched in September 2015, following a merger between Dal & Veldekens and several lawyers from legacy firm De Wolf & Partners.
Independent firm KMCL was launched in 2009 by Lydie Kazhu and currently operates with 12 lawyers spread over locations in Kinshasa and Lubumbashi.
The partnership will focus on developing both firms' capability in banking and finance, energy, telecoms and mining.
