Peter Schiøler Skaaring

Peter represents Danish and international banks, corporates and private equity funds on finance and other banking matters, in particular on leverage and acquisition finance, investment grade lending, structured finance, asset and ship finance.

Peter also has extensive experience with DCM, including high yield bond issuances, as well as unitranche and second lien lending.

Peter also advises both borrowers and lenders on debt restructurings.

• Advised a club of lenders on the financing of DFDS' EUR 950m acquisition of UN Ro Ro
• Advised Axcel on the financing of its acquisition of European Sperm Bank
• Assisted Goodvalley in its EUR 130m bond issuance
• Assisted Widex with the leverage and other financings in connection with the Widex/Sivantos merger
