Paulina has focused her practice on real estate law, corporate, corporate finance, M&A, capital markets, banking and finance regulation, private equity, and fund formation.

Her real estate and corporate expertise include advising clients on the purchase and sale of real estate assets, and in all the related aspects to leasing within Mexico including structure, development, and planning, as well as preparing its agreements and documentation related to these transactions.

Paulina also advises clients in all matters related to the corporate area, supporting them in the incorporation, regularization and in any corporate transaction, verifying compliance with all its obligations and provisions established by law.
