He frequently advises the energy sector investors and transactions involving significant power projects and M&A transactions. Currently the lead counsel to the ongoing development project, the biggest in west Africa. He is often referred to as an outstanding practitioner who commands great respect from market players

• Legal adviser to the ongoing Eko Atlantic City development project. Services provided include advising the client in securing funding for the project and assisting in securing licensing for the proposed generation and distribution of 125MW of electricity within the city.
• Acting as legal adviser to a pharmaceutical company in the private equity funding of its business expansion.
• Acting as legal adviser to an investment company in relation to its investment in an insurance company.
