Mark Quealy

Mark is a Partner in William Fry’s Corporate Department. His practice consists primarily of transactional corporate engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investment transactions, and corporate restructurings.  He also has significant experience in the use of partnership and limited partnership structures in private equity fund establishment and also in joint venture scenarios.

• Broadway Technology, a leading provider of fixed-income and foreign-exchange software solutions, on its acquisition of Irish-headquartered fintech company Barracuda FX
• Netwatch, the Irish-headquartered security and monitoring company, on its combination with NMC, CalAtlantic and Onwatch Multifire to create Netwatch Global, with private equity backing from The Riverside Company
• Ireland's National Treasury Management Agency on a number of limited-partnership investments by The Ireland Strategic Investment Fund in various private equity fund structures
• Life Sciences Partners, the leading European healthcare investor, on its lead investments in Series B funding rounds raised by Irish medtech companies Atlantic Therapeutics and Vivasure Medical
• Atlantic Bridge Ventures on a number of initial and follow-on growth capital equity investments into various portfolio companies, including HiLight Semiconductors and Fieldaware Group, as well as a number of earlier-stage investments by its affiliate the University Bridge Fund
