Joannes is a finance lawyer since 2000, spent 10 years at Clifford Chance in Amsterdam and London, over 8 years at Stibbe in Amsterdam and secondments at two international bank.

Joannes is familiar with almost every form of finance transaction, including acquisition finance, corporate lending and project finance, and has a specific focus on international project finance.

• Advising Wehkamp (a Dutch portfolio company of Apax) on its financing arrangements
• Advising Ecotone (formerly known as Royal Wessanen) on its financing arrangements, including the Dutch aspects of the financing of the acquisition by PAI Partners and Charles Jobson
