Ilias is the Managing Partner of Koimtzoglou-Bakalis-Venieris-Leventis & Associates Law Partnership (“KBVL Law Firm”). He is a transactional lawyer with more than twenty years of experience of service to major corporate clients.

Ilias specializes in M&A, corporate restructuring and antitrust law. He has played a leading role in complex corporate transactions driven by reputable strategic and private equity investors. 

• Advising the special administrator of Hellenic Shipyards in the restructuring of the largest shipyard of Greece.
• Advising an international e-commerce platform aiming to obtain a “payments institution “ license from the Bank of Greece
• Advised VNK Capital in the acquision of a stake in Foodlink SA (the largest Greek logistics services provider) 
• Advised VNK Capital in the acquisition of a stake in Paliria SA, a major exporter in the food industry
• Advising AB Vassilopoulos (Greek subsidiary of AHold-Delhaize) on antitrust compliance matters
