Hossam Gramon is a strategic Partner in  Matouk Bassiouny’s Finance & Projects group.  Hossam has over ten years’ experience practicing in Egypt and has participated in several landmark project finance and bank lending transactions in the Egyptian market including ETISALAT financing amounting to over USD 1.2 billion and the 2012 EUROMONEY’s Africa petrochemicals project finance deal of the year.

• Representation of the National Bank of Egypt, Commercial International Bank (Egypt), Banque Misr, Qatar National Bank, HSBC – Egypt, National Bank of Abu Dhabi – Egypt, Alex Bank, National Bank of Kuwait (Egypt), Credit Agricole – Egypt and Emirates NBD (Egypt) in connection with the EGP 6,000,000,000 syndicated financing extended to ETISALAT MISR.
