David Thompson is a Director and Deputy Regional Head in CDH's Corporate & Commercial practice. He advises on all aspects of South African corporate and commercial law particularly mergers and acquisitions.

• advising RDC Erf 232 throughout a process of development, financing and acquisition of a first Radisson Red hotel in Johannesburg.
• advising H1 Holdings in respect of the acquisition of a 700MW portfolio of onshore windfarms by way of a joint venture funded through Norfund and UKCI.
