Christoph Moser is partner at Schoenherr and co-head of the capital markets practice. He has extensive experience in complex capital market and finance matters. In the past fifteen years, he has headed teams on numerous ECM transactions, including initial public offerings, rights issues and secondary placements (e.g. accelerated book buildings). He is an expert also for equity linked/convertible bonds, debt capital market transactions (corporate bonds, high-yield, mortgage covered bonds, bonded loans, regulatory capital issues etc) and securities law. Christoph regularly advises international and domestic banks, issuers and investors on capital markets and securities law with a focus on transactional work and corporate governance/compliance. Several issuers and groups of companies trust his experience in board room matters. Complex restructurings (i.p. related to listed companies) and refinancings play also an important role in his business. Christoph graduated from the Johannes-Kepler-University Linz (Mag. iur., 2004).
