• Advised Nigeria LNG Limited in the $3 billion multi-source financing of the development of its 7th production train
• Advised Sahara Group in the c. $4 billion structured prepayment financing of Nigerian Petroleum Development Company’s development of OML 11
• Advised Seplat and ANOH Gas Processing Company Limited in the $320 million project financing of the development of the 300mmscfd ANOH gas processing plant
• Advised Femi Otedola and other shareholders in the $177million divestment of their 74% equity stake in Forte Oil Plc
