Boubacar Diakité

Boubacar joined GENI & KEBE in 2009 after working for the West African Reserve Bank.  He brings practical experience to his work, advising clients on strategic banking transactions, including project finance, M&A and securitization and debt capital markets.  Boubacar also acts as practice manager for our Corporate Team and has worked in a law firm in England.

• Advised Eastmore Global Limited on an acquisition of interest in oil & gas exploration assets offshore Senegal and Guinea-Bissau;
• Advised the Export-Import Bank of China on a Buyer Credit Loan Agreement with the State of Senegal;
• Advised Eximbank India on a cross-border loan transaction in Ghana and Senegal.
