The banking team has actively advised on large financing deals, including advising on a marquee financing in line with Reliance Industries’ ‘new energy vision’ to become a global scale photovoltaic manufacturing organisation and as part of its energy transition plans. It also advised on financial services regulatory matters.  

In the capital markets, the firm advised issuers and investors on debenture issues. It also advised on structured finance and securitization.

In restructuring and insolvency, the firm acts as legal counsel for resolution professionals, committee of creditors and other members, including dissenting creditors.

The firm welcomed partner Vedanarayanan Lakshmanan while associate partner Teza Jose and counsel Sumitava Basu departed the firm.
