The corporate team was recently active for buyers, sellers and merger parties across several domestic and cross-border mandates. In a landmark matter, the firm advised a food and beverage company on its merger, which was a significant deal in the food and beverage space globally.

The firm was also active on restructuring and insolvency matters. An eye-catching deal saw the firm act for the insolvent entity in one of the first insolvency resolution cases in India.

The firm recruited partner Harshit Anand into the M&A and private equity team and counsel Vipin Tyagi into the restructuring and insolvency team.
