US firm Brown Rudnick will recruit London/Paris based dispute resolution partner Nicholas Tse from Gide Loyrette Nouel for its London office. Tse, who was head Gide's practice, will also be bringing part of his team across.

Tse has been with Gide for eleven years and was the founder of the French firm's international dispute resolution practice. He is a trained barrister admitted to the England and Wales bar and to the Paris bar and focuses on international litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution matters.

Tse will bring with him two senior associates and one mid-level associate.

Brown Rudnick currently has eight partners and 12 associates in its disputes team. The US firm also expanded its restructuring and insolvency group - which is part of the disputes team - last year with the hire of R&I partner Adrian Harris from Chadbourne & Parke (July 2011).
