Ho Chi Minh City, VIETNAM: Today, VILAF announced its senior partner, Dang Duong Anh, has been elected as the new managing partner of VILAF’s Hanoi office.
Duong Anh, who has been a partner at VILAF since 2005 and the executive partner of VILAF’s Hanoi office since 2008, succeeds Tran Tuan Phong, who will continue to serve as the firm’s senior partner and continue to grow his extensive Corporate/M&A and Infrastructure Projects practices.

Duong Anh has extensive experience in corporate, projects and finance matters. He has been ranked by major legal ratings publications, including IFLR 1000, Asia Leading Lawyers as one of the leading lawyers in Vietnam. Duong Anh has advised on many high-profile projects including Phu My 3 BOT project, Vinh Tan 1 BOT Project, Kien Luong 1 BOO project. He has recently advised SCG on its acquisition of strategic shares in Prime Group, Showa Denko K.K and and Showa Aluminum Can Corporation on their acquisition of strategic shares in Hanacans.
