Beijing-headquartered Tian Yuan Law Firm has set up a new office in Hefei City, Anhui Province, which will be led by managing partner Xie Fayou.

The Hefei office has nine partners in total and is focussed on capital markets, investment and finance, M&A, compliance and dispute resolution, targeting clients such as local large enterprises and emerging companies. Prior to the official establishment of the Hefei office, Tian Yuan had already served a number of well-known enterprises that are based in Hefei City, such as the Hefei Institutes of Physical Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guoyuan Securities, Anhui Great Wall Military and Offcn Education.

This is the Tian Yuan’s 10th office, following other branches in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hong Kong, Hangzhou, Xi’an, Haikou, Suzhou and Guangzhou.
