Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman has hired two new finance partners as it looks to expand its finance practice in London.
Chris Harrison joins from Morgan Lewis & Bockius, while Trevor Wood moves to the firm from Mayer Brown.
Harrison acts on leveraged finance and debt capital markets matters and had been the co-managing partner of Morgan Lewis’s London practice.
Before that he had been a partner at Morrison & Foerster.
Wood is a banking lawyer acting on trade, export and commodity finance, receivable transactions, NPL sales, real estate finance, leveraged, acquisition and general corporate finance. Before joining Mayer Brown he had been a partner at Berwin Leighton Paisner.
