London-headquartered firm Olswang has added a corporate partner in Singapore to strengthen its cross-border transactional capabilities in Indonesia.

Toby Grainger joins the firm from Ashurst where he was focused on inbound investment and M&A work.

Grainger’s transactional expertise encompasses banking and corporate lending, project finance, insurance, Fast-moving consumer goods, mining and natural resources. His experience also cover joint ventures, capital markets, employment, property, shipping and general corporate matters.

Before working at Ashurst, Grainger practiced at the Sydney office of Allens Arthur Robinson and was later seconded to its Shanghai office for three years.
