Mayer Brown has added project finance capacity to its London office with the hire of a new partner from the recently merged Gowlings WLG.

Kieron Dwyer, who acts for lenders and borrowers in the energy and infrastructure sectors, joins the firm in London. He had been head of energy and natural resources at his previous firm.

Dwyer acts on project and acquisition finance and reserve based lending transactions specifically in the energy and upstream oil and gas space.

Prior to joining legacy Wragge Lawrence Graham he had worked at Clifford Chance in the UK and Japan.
