JunHe has hired a new finance partner to its Hong Kong office.
Qiao Zheyuan joins the firm from Clifford Chance and is specialised in banking and finance, capital markets and outbound investment alongside derivatives and structured finance matters.
Qiao has experience advising international banks, funds, Chinese financial institutions and fintech companies in OTC derivatives, exchange traded products, structured products, asset management, cross-border finance and HKMA/SFC regulatory matters.
Prior to JunHe, Qiao worked at Clifford Chance, Ashurst and Linklaters. She assisted clients in making cross-border or leveraged investments via products such as total return swaps, repos and leverage notes.
