Jones Day has continued its recent London expansion with the addition of a new structured finance and securitisation specialist.

Neil Hamilton (recognised as an IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer) joins the firm from Paul Hastings where he had practiced since 2012. His main focus is on CLOs, a market that is returning to Europe after a few years in the doldrums. His clients include the likes of 3i, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.

Jones Day has been on a hiring spree in London over the past year bringing on board the likes of Jonathan Bloom (high-yield) from Ropes & Gray, Benedict O'Halloran from GE, Brian Conway (banking) from Latham & Watkins and Ben Larkin (restructuring), Raymond Keeve and Michal Weir (both private equity) from Berwin Leighton Paisner.
