Walkers has promoted Eoin Ryan to Partner in its Corporate team in Ireland as part of the firm's global promotions that have also seen Of Counsel and Senior Associate appointments in Ireland in the firm's tier-one Asset Management & Investment Funds and Finance & Capital Markets practice groups.
Eoin advises clients on corporate / M&A, commercial and restructuring matters under Irish law. He joined Walkers as an associate in 2016 and has been recognised by Legal 500 and IFLR.
Jennifer Brady and Michael Dyulgerov in the Asset Management & Investment Funds group have also been promoted to Of Counsel. Both Jennifer and Michael joined the firm as associates in 2017 and are part of the firm's global investment funds group.
There were also promotions to Senior Associate level for Charlotte Chestnutt and Clare Mannion (Finance & Capital Markets) and Aengus Gormley and Maria Pule (Asset Management & Investment Funds), with a total of seven lawyers from Walkers' Irish law offering included in the firm's global promotions.
In the firm's professional services business, WPS, Colm Ó Murchadha was promoted to Senior Vice President, while Sean Cleary and Laura Quinn were promoted to Vice President. There were also a number of further promotions in Ireland across WPS as well as the firm's business services teams.
