Foreign law firm Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has expanded its corporate practice with a partner hire in Singapore.

Robson Lee has joined Gibson Dunn from Singapore law firm Shook Lin & Bok.

Lee will continue his focus on M&A and capital markets work, which he has practised for 20 years. He acts for public listed companies on securities transactions, cross-border M&A and foreign joint ventures.
