Thomas Mygind
Thomas specializes in complex regulatory matters and employment law, including related to transactions and disputes. He has significant experience in legal and arbitration proceedings, as well as expertise in energy law and EU competition law, particularly state aid and foreign subsidies regulation. Thomas has the right of audience before the Danish High Court.
Jakob Skafte-Pedersen
Jakob specializes in complex M&A transactions. Additionally, he brings legal expertise in corporate law and capital market law, and with several exchange programmes and assignments, he has a strong international profile.
