Swedish firm Delphi has announced the arrival of a new corporate partner.
Niklas Eskilsson, who joins the team from Setterwalls where he had been for almost a decade, most recently holding the position of senior associate. He will head up the firm’s M&A team in Gothenburg.
He had previously served as an in-house counsel for AstraZeneca and specialises in matters in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries.
