DaHui Lawyers has added two partners to its corporate and M&A practice in Shanghai.
Jacky Zhu joins the firm from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he advises clients on cross-border M&A and foreign investment transactions in China. His primary practice areas include cross-border M&A, foreign direct investment, general corporate matters, and private equity and venture capital financing. Zhu also advises SOEs on their compliance with the rules of overseas stock markets.
Yingyuan Xue joins from King & Wood Mallesons and is focused on equity investments, M&A, corporate restructuring, asset dispositions and daily corporate matters. She is experienced in representing international and local clients in investment projects, cross-border M&A and restructuring of existing entities in PRC and has advised clients from a wide range of industries, including consumer products, finance, education, telecommunications, medical, software, traditional and internet media, manufacturing, trading, logistics and transportation.
Before joining DaHui lawyers, Zhu worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Shanghai and Beijing for several years, while Yingyuan worked at King & Wood Mallesons for 12 years.

薛颖圆律师的主要执业领域为股权投资、兼并和收购、公司重组、资产处置和日常公司事务等。她在代表国内外客户处理投资项目、跨境并购项目以及国内公司重组项目等领域有丰富的经验。薛律师向各个行业的重要客户提供投资及并购咨询服务，涉及消费产品、金融、教育、电信、医疗、软件、传统及互联网媒体、制造业、贸易、物流及运输等行业。在加入达辉之前曾在金杜律师事务所执业12年。
