This transaction includes all corn breeding and sales operations in South America and the production facilities in Argentina and Brazil.

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, a multinational with over 5300 employees worldwide, with presence in Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay, on the sale of its business in Argentina and Brazil to Grupo Don Mario on March 25, 2024. This transaction includes all corn breeding and sales operations in South America and the production facilities in Argentina and Brazil.

The transaction volume may amount to approximately 500 million Euros, and is subject to conditions, including regulatory approvals.
