Russian competition boutique Antitrust Advisory has recruited two new partners, Igor Panshensky and Alexander Egorushkin, from Dechert in Moscow.
Panshensky advises on competition, antitrust and issues related to M&A and corporate structuring in the consumer products, energy, financial services, media and life sciences sectors. Egorushkin – a former DLA Piper and Freshfields lawyer - focuses on M&A and foreign investment regulation in sectors including consumer products, finance and oil and gas.
