Yueping Zhou is a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm’s Shanghai Office and the leader of the office’s Construction and Infrastructure Team. Yueping Zhou has more than twenty years of legal experience assisting clients with projects in the field of construction and infrastructure.

• Provided legal consulting service for Shentong Group, providing legal advice on all metro projects under construction or proposed in Shanghai. Our service covers all aspects of metro construction and development: planning, construction, investment, operation, maintenance, etc.
• Provided legal services for infrastructure PPP projects invested by China Public and Private Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (China Public Private Partnerships Fund).
• Provide long-term legal consulting service to Kunshan City (top of all Chinese counties) Ministry of Finance for its important government invested projects.
• Provide long-term legal consulting service to Shanghai Construction Group Investment Corporation for its investment and financing projects (under such as PPP).
• Advised the client on the construction of a 20 MW solar electric power generating project in Pakistan under BOT. We have reviewed and modified various contracts (both in English and Chinese) in relation to the project, i.e. the EPC contract, the procurement contracts, and the operation contract.
• Represented China Resources Land Limited in an arbitration concerning a dispute arising from a pile foundation engineering project and successfully reach a satisfying arbitration decision.
