Victorien Hémery is the co-head of Stibbe’s Luxembourg investment funds practice and has built up extensive knowledge as well as a solid track record in alternative investment funds with a particular focus on alternative investment structures dedicated to private equity, real estate, private debt, infrastructure and impact finance strategies. He also has extensive experience in regulatory and transactional matters.

  • Advised Henderson Park with the structuring, setup and launch of Henderson Park Real Estate Fund II, a real estate value-add/opportunistic fund investing in various property types in Europe seeking to raise up to EUR 3bn.
  • Advised Ginkgo Advisor with the structuring, setup and launch of Ginkgo Fund III, a Luxembourg investment fund focusing on sustainable urban regeneration, which raised more than EUR 350 mio.
  • Advised Kennet Partners with the structuring, setup and launch of Kennet VI, a private equity fund focusing on European and North American growth companies providing technology products and/or services that leverage technology seeking to raise up to EUR 350 mio.
  • Advised Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity with the structuring, set-up and launch of a private equity investment platform, whose purpose is to invest, via dedicated sub-funds, in the different private equity investment funds initiated/managed by Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity.
  • Advised Luxempart S.A. in the sponsorship and investment in Bravo Capital Partners II, a private equity fund initiated by Bravo Invest, which focuses on small to medium sized companies, located primarily in Northern Italy.
