  • Advisor to ZCCM-IH Plc the Government of Zambia’s investment holding company on the conversion of its equity interest in Kansanshi Mine Plc majority owned by First Quantum Minerals Plc in a life of mine royalty interest.
  • Advisor to EcoSecurities on the development of a Forest Carbon Project. The role involved advising on the regulatory framework, key risks as advising on how to address the risks to the project in the transaction documents.
